ECD was founded in 2018 by Walter Martinez who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping the homeless, ex-convicts, youth and economically disadvantaged Individuals in need of the necessary skills to not only survive but thrive. Since then, with the help of our partners we've helped hundreds of community members get back on their feet.

From food banks to healthcare providers, our partners help us extend our reach and impact in the community. Esmar Management Group and All the Right Connections have placed hundreds of clients to work impacting their lives and their families.
